为了更合理地安排医疗资源，保障每位患者都能及时获得就诊服务，请您在预约前先确认好方便就诊的时间。本诊所将尽力配合您的时间安排，并实行以下预约变更规定：

• 每位患者每个日历年可免费更改预约时间最多 3 次。
  须在原定预约时间前 24 小时提出。自第 4 次更改起，每次更改将收取 50 美元的罚金。
• 如需更改预约时间，请提前 24 小时通知诊所。
  若未提前 24 小时通知而更改预约，每次将收取 50 美元的罚金。

Appointment Change Notice

Dear Patient,

In order to arrange medical resources more reasonably and ensure that every patient can receive timely medical care, please confirm a convenient appointment time before scheduling your appointment. Our clinic will do its best to accommodate your schedule and will implement the following appointment change policy:

• Each patient may change their appointment time up to 3 times per calendar year free of charge.
  Changes must be requested at least 24 hours prior to the original appointment time. Beginning with the 4th change, a $50.00 penalty fee will be charged for each appointment change.
• If you need to change your appointment time, please notify the clinic at least 24 hours in advance.
  A $50.00 penalty fee will be charged for each change made with less than 24 hours' notice.
